WE WILL THEN SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR YOUR ORDER!
DO NOT PLACE YOUR ITEMS IN THE SHOPPING CART.


We use the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for most of our shipping.
If a package is super heavy, we will use either FEDX or U.P.S, in order to stay within the shipping charge that you paid.

The delivery time for most orders is approx 5-8 business days.

Occasionally, an order comes through here and it requires items that we need to have trucked from our warehouse, in which case your order could take 7-10 business days to deliver.

Sunday and Holidays are not considered to be business days.

We base your shipping charge on the dollar amount of your order.
This is one of the industry standard methods for estimating shipping charges.

FOR ORDERS CONSISTING SOLELY OF CHEW STICKS, WE OFFER A FLAT RATE SHIPPING CHARGE OF $8.95, TO SHIP ANYWHERE IN THE U.S., REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY BAGS ARE ORDERED.

If you are charged more than $8.95 to ship an order consisting soley of chewsticks, you will be refunded the excess amount over and above the $8.95 within 72 hours.

The scale below is the one we use for shipping everything on our web site within the U.S., EXCEPT for orders solely for chew sticks:

If you need express shipping,
please either type that in the special instructions
during check out or email us before you place your order,
so that we can check to be sure that the items you are interested in
are available for immediate shipping.

Then, we'll calculate the extra shipping charge and delivery time frame,
and send you an email for your approval.

If you approve, we'll then send you an invoice
from which you can make payment.

Overseas Shipping:

The shipping cost for overseas orders will be higher.
Our shopping cart system WILL NOT calculate
your international shipping costs.

We suggest that you contact us first
BEFORE you place your order
if you require shipping outside of the U.S.

APO and FPO orders are not considered overseas
and we will use the shipping chart above.

Please be sure that you outline the correct format
of your APO or FPO address during check out.

Example: You may be located in Japan,
but don't include Japan in your address,
just enter your APO or FPO address along with its appropriate zip code,
so that your order is not considered to be an overseas order.
