HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Most orders are delivered within 5-8 "business" days.
Occasionally, an item may not be available for immediate shipping, in which case your order could take up to 10 (ten) "business" days.
Please note by business days we mean that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded, although some carriers will deliver on a Saturday, we do not ship on Saturdays.

WHAT IF AN ITEM BREAKS ON IT'S WAY TO ME?

ANSWER:
No worries, all of our packages are insured against damage, loss or theft while in the carriers possesion.
In the unlikely event (AND I DO MEAN IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT) that an item arrives damaged, just report the damage to us within 24 hours of receiving the package, to do this simply send us an email with the subject line reading 'Broken Item'. We will follow up by asking you to provide us with a picture of the damaged item.
We will then file a claim with the carrier so that we are reimbursed for the damages, meanwhile, we will either credit you for the item along with the appropriate shipping charges that you paid to receive that item or we will send you a replacement, your choice!

This allows you to send the item back to us,
